Weight Watchers Gingered Blueberry-Melon Toss recipe
Makes 4 servings
2 cups blueberries
1 cup diced cantaloupe
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon floor ginger
1 tablespoon recent lime juice
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1. In a big bowl, mix the honey, ginger, lime juice and lime peel till properly blended.
2. Add the blueberries and cantaloupe. Toss to coat.
3. Serve at room temperature or chilled over pound cake, ice cream, reduce up fruit, and so forth.
